About Our Network
CRIE (Center for Business Intelligence Reference) is the network science, innovation, and entrepreneurship laboratory linked to the Production Engineering Program at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
As a multidisciplinary group, it continuously strives to develop processes, methodologies, and products that contribute to the competitive insertion of Brazil and its organizations into the new productive paradigm of the 21st century: the knowledge, digital, and networked society. Under the coordination of Prof. Marcos Cavalcanti, CRIE conducts research, trains professionals, and offers consultancy in network science, data science, big data, open data, data-driven decision-making, knowledge management, intangible assets, and complexity.
