What is the project about?

Global Virtual Collaboration Experience (GVCE)  —  practice-oriented intensive, where participants gain experience in applying creative approaches to achieve a culture of collaboration. As part of the intensive, participants contribute their own experiences and insights, into a project context whilst being facilitated through a unique approach to opportunity development.

The program generates:

✔️ Confident and competent individuals and teams who can generate superior results in future projects.

✔️ Creative outputs and outcomes for the program clients (project owners) achieved through an approach that leverages a collaborative culture.

✔️ A deep understanding of how to lead a social ecosystem that is both personal and professional based on trust and contribution.

Collectively the participants co-create an environment for developing technological, social, and project skills that create not just high-performing teams, but teams capable of achieving desirable results in a virtual environment.

We practice what we preach. The GVCE project is a laboratory where we develop this knowledge in a trustful collaboration and co-creation environment. Participants, facilitators and experts jointly update and supplement it after each project iteration.

Who are the
target groups?

Global projects and organizations that have moved to permanent
work in an online environment and understand that:
1. can get more value from the virtual environment than it is now
2. can open up new opportunities for the organization online

Business leaders
that want to create a reliable self-motivated team with pure desire to develop the business

Non-profit organisations
that have reached an impasse in a project or solving an issue and look for practical help to generate creative and reasonable options

Government organisations
who want to establish horizontal relationships so that different departments be aware of each other's activities and expertise

Education organisations
that want to set up systems of free spontaneous exchange and use of best practices for further development and gaining competitive advantage

Who are the participants and what do they do in the project?

Participants take the program in teams, where every week they analyze a specific principle of collaboration, learn specific technology in a game or work situation, discuss the next stage in their project, interpret principles and find examples of their implementation in their real project context.

The interactive program allows participants to experience everything in a short period in practice and through facilitation, group dynamics, individual tasks, that make the knowledge a part of their lives. While learning, the team works on a real project that is important to the team and to a real owner.

What value do they get from participating in the project?
